Preserving beauty and soul is what I believe first drew me to photography and what continues to drive my creative work. Since a young age I found a lot of joy in creative arts- especially the piano. I would sit for hours playing/listening- I think even from a young age I was mesmorised by that intangible conversation between form and texture that lay beneath the notes. The way these elements speak and interact is still a large source of my inspiration.
In 2023, I stepped beyond the camera into the world of homewares & design with Cedar Cicada. The years that followed saw the launch of CC Studio, a design and aspirational space for both home & garden.
My philosophy across all creative work is to listen and find the truth. Every person, home and garden has a story. My role is to listen closely enough to uncover it. I believe the best creative work isn't imposed, it's revealed.
